1-Cancer and Palliative Care:-Provides free services in LMIC and war affected countries.
2-Health and Climate Change:- Focuses on Climate Change and Health.
3-Water and Health:- Working on contaminants of emerging concern, especially EDC.
4-Indigenous Community:- Provides support on health, rights and traditional knowledge.
Our work supports SDG 3, 6, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 & 17.

Cancer & Palliative Care:- We provide information on cancer diagnosis, staging, treatment & toxicity. As of now PAY-W Clinic had benefited patients from India, Pakistan, Iraq, Philippines (Asia); Kenya, Ethiopia (Africa); Kosovo (Europe) & Australia (Oceania). We also provide de-addiction services to persons addicted to tobacco & alcohol through our NGO partner.

Dr. Suryakanta Acharya is a Cancer Specialist (Radiation Oncologist) with 15 years of clinical experience. After completing MD degree in 2008, he had worked in CMC, Vellore and Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. He had worked abroad (Kenya) and at present he is working in Assam Cancer Care Foundation at Lakhimpur, Assam. He is interested in peer review, scholarly publication and attending international oncology conferences worldwide. He is a member of IMA, KMA (Kenya), WMA, AROI, AMPI, ESMO, ESGO, ASCO, ICPCN, and SIO. He is involved with 'Smokefree Aotearoa 2025 Action Plan' (New Zealand) since inception (2021) and provided feedback on action plan as well as 'Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products (Smoked Tobacco) Amendment Bill, 2022'. He has joined Australasian Study of Parliamentary Group (New Zealand Chapter) to further his interest in this regard.
